Why we're telling you this early

Flights: Most guests will fly into Lagos (LOS), then about two and a half hours by road to Ibadan. Aim to land on or before Tuesday 13 April. Fares from Europe and the UK are at their lowest six to nine months ahead — book long before the New Year rush.
Passports and visas: Check your passport has at least six months left on it. If you're not travelling on a Nigerian passport, start the visa process by late 2026.
Time off work: It falls midweek, so this one matters: ask for the leave now, while April 2027 is still wide open on the calendar.
